AFTER defeats in their last two games, including the Scottish Junior Cup exit at Bathgate, Bo'ness needed a win to get both season and Super League challenge back on track.

As things turned out, the BUs got the victory against Musselburgh Athletic to extend their lead at the top of the table, although the result was not assured until the very end of a closely fought encounter.
