Corne Van Wyk and Jimmy McOscar put on 34 for the first wicket then Kruger Van Wyk and David Drylie added 47 for the third wicket.
Another 27 runs were put on by Kruger Van Wyk and Feraz Asghar.
After 50 overs County's innings closed on 192 for 7.
Top scorer was Kruger Van Wyk with 45 and Hamilton had his highest 1st XI score for a long time with 35 not out including one hook for six and two fours, Fleming 28, Feraz Asghar 12, Jimmy McOscar 11 and Corne Van Wyk 10.
After tea Weirs set about chasing the 193 runs required for victory. R Murray and N. Barnett put on a partnership of 115 for the first wicket before Barnett was caught by David Fleming off Fahad Ahmed for 44.
Weirs won the match by six wickets and collect 10 points for their victory, with County returning home pointless for the second week running.
West Lothian 2nd XI managed to continue their recent good form in a reduced overs match at Boghall.
Dunnikier won the toss but never really got going and were all out for 128.
County got off to a good start but stuttered along and some dodgy shot selection saw them struggling at 90-5. However a captain's innings from Williamson saw them over the finish line to win by four wickets.
This Saturday County 1st XI play Edinburgh 1st XI at Leith Academy Playing Fields (1pm).
County 2nd XI host Falkland 2nd XI (1pm).
County 3rd XI play Edinburgh 3rd XI at the Meadows with a 1.30pm start.
The Sunday XI host Biggar Cricket Club with a 1.30pm start.
