Hearty effort raised £20,000

A UNIQUE fundraising challenge organised by dad Campbell Blair has exceeded all expectations.

Hearts supporter Campbell and 50 other Scottish football fans set aside their club rivalries recently to complete the "SPL Pound the Grounds" challenge, a unique half-marathon challenge to beat blood cancers.

Led by Campbell, of Springfield Place, South Queensferry, the group ran a mile around the pitches of all 12 Scottish Premier League clubs in a single weekend, to help raise more than 20,000 for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
