A shoplifter who stole over £1000 goods in her latest spree was said to be struggling to cope in the community.

Diane Graham (35) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, having pleaded guilty to stealing a quantity of alcohol from Asda, Hallam Road, Stenhousemuir on April 1, 2020 and a number of other theft offences.

Defence solicitor Stephen Biggam said: “She isn’t coping in the community.”

Sheriff Christopher Shead sentenced Graham, 42 Hawley Road, Falkirk, to 10 months in prison.
