George Haney (24) failed to appear at court last Thursday after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in River Street, Carron, on October 23, 2020.

The charge stated Haney threw glass bottles during the offence.

Haney’s solicitor told the court he was not present because his mother had taken unwell the night before.
