THE LINLITHGOW Marches breakfast will NOT be held in the £5 million refurbished Burgh Halls.
Confusion over catering arrangements has forced the organising committee – the Deacons Court – to revert back to using the marquee at the rugby club.

Provost of the Deacons Court, Norman Cummings, said this week: ''The breakfast will be at the marquee again this year. There's nothing we can do about it, we have had no confirmation of what the catering arrangements will be, so we have had to make the decision. Probably it will be for this year only, but it has got to happen.

''There will be people who are disappointed, but a lot of people said there was more room at the marquee.''

For more information, see this week's Journal and Gazette, on sale from Friday, March 5.
