Flash floods in Peru destroy Vine Trust home

CONCERNED minister Albert Bogle flies to Peru today (Friday) after flash floods destroyed a children's home built by Bo'ness charity The Vine Trust.
Albert, of St Andrew's Parish Church and chairman of The Vine Trust, decided to take action after learning that the home for 40 abandoned boys at Urubamba had been swept away after severe floods in nearby Sacred Valley.

Incredibly the children, ranging from ages four to 14, and staff were on a week's holiday at the Vine Trust's home in Kawai, south of Lima.
