Falkirk Pub Trail: Here's which venues are taking part in the initiative

The Falkirk Pub Trail is continuing to prove popular with locals and visitors alike.

Those looking for a good time are invited to create their own trail through some of Falkirk’s town centre venues with this new nightlife experience.

Fourteen entertainment venues around the town centre have signed up to take part in the new scheme, which will see those completing their trail receive an exclusive t-shirt.

People are encouraged to grab their friends and head to one of the participating venues to buy a stamp card for £5 to start their adventure.

To complete the trail all you need to do is purchase a drink – alcoholic, soft or hot drinks included – at eight different premises, getting your card stamped at each.

Once you’re done, exchange your completed card for your Falkirk Pub Trail t-shirt.

The initiative launched in December 2022.

At the time of the launch, Elaine Grant, manager of Falkirk Delivers who are behind the scheme, said it was something to try and stimulate the evening economy locally.

She said: “We’re hoping it will encourage people to try new venues they have not tried in the past, as well as bringing people from outlying areas into Falkirk for a night out.

"We have worked with the team behind the Linlithgow Pub Trail and have taken on their feedback about what worked for them and what we’d like to change.

"In Linlithgow they have 6000 people per year complete their trail, and we hope that over a number of years we can build up the numbers.

"People can choose their own trail, choosing the eight venues they want to visit. They may choose to visit new venues they’ve not been to before, it’s their choice.”
